Years of international Sales and Marketing achievements in hotels and chains such as Crest Hotels, InterContinental Hotels, Gleneagles, Scotland, culminated in the position of General Manager of the first 5-star hotel in Belgium: The Stanhope Hotel in Brussels.

Quite a unique property which she had no difficulty in enrolling as a shining star in the Relais & Châteaux family. Quite soon after opening the hotel, it became the place to be in the Belgian Capital, where celebrities and captains of industry found their home away from home in all discretion.

Successtories attract attention and after the sale of the Stanhope, Viviane was quickly much in demand as a consultant in Sales and Marketing for clients both in Belgium and abroad. Her longstanding experience in the market, in depth knowledge of the luxury market and her total understanding of the needs of all clients made her a perfect partner for companies looking for specialised marketing and communication support.
